 At Lindor Pistachio, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Returns & Refund Policy below.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unopened and unused.

  • Be in their original packaging.

  • Be in the same condition as received.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, consumed, or damaged after delivery unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging

We will review your claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied:

  • Opened food products

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

  • Personalised or customised products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 3–10 working days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We only replace products that are damaged, defective, or supplied incorrectly.

If you require an exchange, please contact our customer support team before returning any products.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost during transit.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can usually be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard returns process after receiving the goods.
