At Lindor Pistachio, we aim to deliver your favourite chocolate products safely, quickly, and efficiently. We work with reliable UK courier services to ensure every order reaches you in excellent condition.
UK Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom.
Standard Delivery
Delivery within 2–5 working days
Available Monday to Friday
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
Express Delivery
If available for your postcode, you can choose an express delivery option during checkout for faster delivery.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are usually processed the same working day.
Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, including holidays and seasonal promotions, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details (where available). This allows you to monitor your parcel until it arrives.
Delivery Charges
Delivery costs depend on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
The exact delivery charge will always be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions on qualifying orders.
Packaging
Our chocolates are carefully packed to help protect them during transit. During periods of warm weather, we may use additional protective packaging where necessary to maintain product quality.
Delivery Delays
Although we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct before placing your order.
Lindor Pistachio cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier may:
Leave the parcel in a safe place (where appropriate).
Deliver it to a nearby collection point.
Attempt redelivery.
Leave instructions explaining how to rearrange delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

Photographs of the packaging (if damaged)
Photographs of the affected products
A brief description of the issue
International Delivery
At present, we primarily deliver within the United Kingdom.
If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact our customer support team before placing your order. We will advise whether shipping is available for your destination and provide a delivery quotation where applicable.
